Trusting God During a Flood: An Inspiring Story of Faith and Determination

Once, in a village, there lived a sage who had a strong faith in God. One evening, the sage was sitting under a tree, lost in his prayers when suddenly there was a flood in the village. Water was everywhere, and everyone was running towards the hill to save their lives.

One man noticed that even in such a situation, the sage was still meditating and thought, "Why isn't he running for his life like everyone else?" So he asked the sage, "Why aren't you leaving? Come with me to the hill; otherwise, you'll drown!"

The sage replied, "I have faith in God, and He will save me. I don't need to run away."

The water kept rising, and it eventually reached the sage's waist. People started leaving in boats, and one of them asked the sage to come with them. But the sage refused, saying, "God will save me."

As time went by, the water level kept rising, and it reached the sage's neck. A helicopter arrived, and the pilot threw a rope ladder, saying, "Climb up; this is the last helicopter. Otherwise, you'll die!"

The sage remained steadfast, "I have faith in God, and He will save me."

Eventually, the water level rose, and the sage drowned. Later, in heaven, the sage asked God, "Why didn't you save me?"

God replied, "I sent you a man, a boat, and a helicopter, but you refused them all. You didn't understand that I work through people and the resources around you."
